Deeper Groups

Many parents have been asking me about what happened to our "Wednesday Night Connect Groups." Well, nothing really, let me explain. Last year we had great groups, read through The Story together, and we loved our time teaching and hanging out. However, this year we wanted to offer students who want to go DEEP a place to do so. I'll explain... Our CSM Groups on Sunday nights are awesome, they are open to anyone, they are age and gender graded, and they are led by some of the best leaders I've ever known. Our desire is that ALL of our students connect to one of these groups. THEN move to a Deeper Group. So what happened to our Wednesday Connect groups? Nothing we have that day open for students to meet as they are ready to move into a different kind of group. Deeper Groups are NOT led by an adult. Our CSM  Small Group Leaders (SGL's) will give students studies and ideas for how to structure the Deeper Group but, these groups are designed to be peer led. If your student is in Middle School, or does not want to meet without leader not in the room, they can inform their SGL and arrangements will be made for them.
